The Near West Side in Syracuse, NY is a neighboorhood in transition. This housing project was a winning entry in the NYSERDA grand program for energy efficient design in housing. The final scheme was built as the Resilient Corners project also on this site. Affordable workforce housing is an issue that is being discussed in just about every major and minor city across the country.
