Suffern, NY
This project required increasing the value of a 1,000,000 SF warehouse located in Suffern, NY which served as the main distribution hub for the tri-state area at the time. We increased the operational efficiency of the immense facility by inserting 22 new dock doors where the perimeter of the building was underused and replacing existing dock doors with new, well insulated units. New workshops and bathrooms were also a requirement of the client’s workflow. Our careful observation of existing conditions ensured a smooth construction experience and an effective result.

This 1 million square foot facility used to belong to Dress Barn, when Raymour & Flanigan purchased the building and the surrounding site, they chose us to renovate the warehouse by adding offices, 22 new dock doors, new mechanical, roofing, and a slew of other upgrades to provide them with the ability to streamline their distribution process.
