Utica College was requesting proposals for the design and construction of a new dome structure to provide an indoor facility for their athletic and field activities. The proposal was simple enough but our proposal also addressed how the dome would be perceived throughout the campus from different perspectives, as it would be a prominent feature set in the adjacent outdoor athletic field.
