Tang Flavor

This project represents a restoration of this long-vacant restaurant property to its former vitality, and contribution to an expanding downtown restaurant scene. The main objective was to generate an equipment layout conducive to speedy customer service during the hectic lunchtime rush. Additionally, the scope was to generate a modest window display capable of announcing the restaurant’s emergence within the previously unoccupied space. One by one stores come back to life from empty spaces in a once down troden community, the owner felt that establishing a cultural food establishment lacking in the community would bring focus to an otherwise bland palatte. The success of this restaurant is evidenced by the long lines during lunchtime.
