I partnered with King and King Architects to develop the concept plans for what would eventually become the Gateway building, which was designed by the architectural firm of Architerra out of Boston NY. Our role was to flush out design ideas and prepare the ground work for the program study. These images were created out of my office over a period of several months in collaboration with King and King.
