The addition and renovation of a garage and small room for family gatherings encompased a corner lot with a classically laid out siting providing a great opportunity to explore the relavence of this stucco sided house in northern climate. The garage addition blended with the house by mimicing the existing details and providing ample room to park additional cars. The rear of the house was barely used as it had little access and no design in the yard.
