Directly adjacent to the one million square foot warehouse that I renovated for Raymour and Flanigan sits two new structures that provide business support to their distribution process. These two additional buildings, one a 15,000 square foot Truck Maintenance Facility and another a 25,000 square foot Recycle Center, are poised to provide cost savings and inhouse field support while leaning towards a greener future. The main goal was to provide them with opportunities to save time and money in the long run by maintaining and clearning their fleet of vehicles within their own process. They also have been slowy moving toward a more sustainable future thus the recycle center functions as a process of taking all the boxes, plastics and other materials that comprise packaging of their furniture and recycle all that material thereby saving waste in our environment.
