After completing around two and a half million square feet of showroom space for Raymour & Flanigan, this store provided a unique opportunity to update and expand an existing building that was pulled into their portfolio of property as owners. Raymour and Flanigan typically purchases and renovates many buildings around the north east. This project, completed in 2018, was a 15,000 square foot extension to an existing 20,000 square foot store. The goal was to expose the main street to the buildings potential by opening up large expanses of glass that would showcase the compay’s furniture to the passing traffice. The main entrance however was in the rear of the building, and required considerable landscaping and parking upgrades as well.
