Open Atelier Architects is excited to assist Party City in expanding its nearly nation-wide presence by renovating an existing tenant slot. The retail slot is settled in a Watertown, NY outlet center, but this location was too narrow for Part City’s needs. OA extended the tenant’s perimeter to an optimal size (13,000 s.f.) capable of sheltering the store’s proven prototypical model.
OA also propelled the project through the approval process with concise building code analysis and rapid, yet sincere, generation of façade imagery for the planning board.
