Historic restoration and repurposing of older factory buildings has been a boon for small towns and cities across the country. Syracuse went through a large, in comparison to its size, renaissance of historic restoration projects, mostly bolstered by historic tax credit programs on the state and federal level. This project was a small additional the new stock of residences in Syracuse when it was completed in 2012. Each apartment was roughly 1,500 square feet two bedroom, one and a half bath.
