This residence consisted of four seperate buildings that comprised the complex for a unique experience on Cazenovia Lake, a small upscale town near the Finger Lakes district of Central New York. The owners requested a guest house complex to use for family and entertainment. The concept for the design was to recreate a prominante Shingle Style project that alluded to neighboring structures built in the late 1880’s by wealthy clergy who vacationed in the region away from the noisy and bustling NYC.
