An old abandoned factory always makes for great loft living style apartments. This project provides ample opportunity for young singles and couples to live in a renovated building that retains all of it’s original characteristics when it was a factory, including concrete mushroom columns and exposed brick where possible. The east facade infill panels were replaced with a series of balconies and window walls affording gracious views of the city and an airy feeling.
