Built in 1925, this hotel hosted famous guests such as Teddy Roosevelt on his tour through Central New York. Sitting mostly vacant for the past twenty five years or so, the interior was still in great condition featuring original mohagany wood doors and trim throughout. The exterior required minor improvements including new thermal windows throughout, a new storefront on the first floor retail and a bit of masonry cleanup. The hotel rooms were rearranged into 12 apartment units featuring the original trim and doors throughout, and the first floor was also restored featuring the original tin decorative ceiling.
