This project was for a small housing competition that I entered in the early 1990’s. I intended to express the urban signature into the project as infill housing to help bolster the image of a community. By transfering the empty lot into a useful feature such as more housing, creating more density, and express the continutiy of the preceeding architecture in the surrounding community, one is apt to achieve a level of multi tiered expression of possibilities.
