This project was an extension of Grange One, entitled Grange X, it continued a trend in urban core revitalization by extending the recently renovated Grange One into this project which consisted of an existing two story building in which we added two stories. In all 12 new apartments raning from 1,200 to 1,500 square feet, two bedroom and one and a half baths. These units are unique in that the top two floors consist of six duplex apartments with the living dining kitchens upstairs where the views are spectacular. The updated and modern vernacular blends well with the historic surrounding buildings.
