This proposal was for the renovation and expansion of existing buildings associated with academic learning center as part of the learning experience at Utica College. The proposal focused on filling in a courtyard which was underutilized. I dubbed this filling in the donut, as though it were food for thought. The proposal had to take into consideration swing space and scheduling around academic callendar.
