Urban infrastructure is a critical component of urban development. Prior to building in density into an urban setting, the many utilities and infrastructure pieces must be in place in order to make the area livable and pleasant. This study looks a the changing streetscape and the traffic patterns that make it easier to navigate city streets in the Cathedral Square district of downtown Syracuse, NY.
