Objective: Air Innovations is a growing manufacturer of specialty air conditioning products primarily for the airport and wine industries whose products require extremely tight tolerances of temperature fluxuation for very precise applications within each industry. Their main objective was to develop a small piece of property near their main campus to expand their engineering and design services as well as their manufacturing floor. In addition they were looking for an area to showcase their products to higher end international clients where they could see feature demonstrations of Air Innovation’s unique custom designs. We provided a processional path whereby the visitor can experience all aspects of the design to manufacturing process in a showplace atmosphere.
